Additionally, some clients may be able to seek reimbursement for therapy expenses through an employee flexible spending account or a Super Bill. Call for details.

Although it may be tempting to choose the least expensive mental health provider, I encourage you to seek counseling from the therapist who provides the best fit for you or your family. Consider the therapist’s level of specialization and his or her ability to care for your or your child’s unique needs. In the long run, it is better to invest in the right therapist, even if it means paying a little more out-of-pocket.
